The interview kicked off with the candidate facing one-sided questions and a quick circuit diagram test given by an Engineer and manager. Following the brief test, the interviewers bypassed explaining the job position and moved to the HR interview. Despite having a hard copy of the candidate's resume, they expected the candidate to recall the job description. However, the questions suggested a disconnect between the actual job and the online description.

I had a phone screen with HR, then a phone interview with my potential manager and their manager. After that, there was an in-person interview where I met with the whole team in smaller groups. I really liked the in-person part because it gave me a solid understanding of what the job would actually be like. I turned down the offer though, because it was less than my current salary and didn't make financial sense.

I met the employer at career fair and interview was scheduled for next day. Interview:- Asked do assemble VCT actuator, Questions on GD&T, machine Design. Asked me about projects and few questions about previous employment. Few behavioral questions. Interview lasted about 45 min.
