I applied online and the whole thing took about 10 weeks. The first interview was actually an in-person one where I had two standard 45-minute case interviews. The interviewer got back to me within a week and set up another interview 3 weeks later. This one was also a case interview, but they focused equally on fit. The final round was 10 days after that, with a 1.5-hour interview that involved a long case. Make sure you have a solid reason why you want to work here over competitors like McK, Bain, and BCG. HR was really responsive and kept me updated on next steps. Overall, it was a good experience.

Case Behavioral

So there were two 45-minute interviews. They both dove into my background and then had me work through a case study. The cases were actually less difficult than I anticipated, and the interviewers were really pleasant. Both interviewers seemed to connect with me and also both mentioned I did well on the cases, so it's a bit of a mystery what they're really looking for. I kind of wish the interviewers hadn't said I did well, as they ended up giving me false hope. Hope this helps.

Had interviews with three senior VPs and Partners, each interview was 45 minutes. There were three case questions, it was very relaxed, almost felt too comfortable. We spent about 10 minutes each talking about background, fit, and general behavioral stuff. Everyone was really friendly and professional, which I guess is part of Booz's culture.
