After reviewing your resume and application, we'll schedule an interview. The first chat is with the store manager, focusing on sales knowledge like KPIs, your experience, hypothetical situations, and expectations. The second interview is with the District Manager, covering those points plus experience-based and pay questions. We'll then review the interviews and do a corporate review before making an offer. The whole process takes about one to two weeks.

It was a pretty standard interview process. I spoke with the store manager, and the whole thing was over in just a few minutes. I wore business casual, definitely no jeans, which I've seen some people ask about for Boot Barn interviews.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was long and extensive, but it was also fun and friendly. It seems like a great place to work. There were multiple interviews with the district manager and also the regional manager. The interview with the district manager was in person, and the interview with the regional manager was on the phone and was a tad awkward.
