During their holiday seasonal hiring, three to four people sat at a table and we took turns answering questions about ourselves and situational questions. Very easy conversations with the management team.

I applied online then called the store and asked for the manager. I talked to Deb, who was nice. I told her I applied and really wanted to join the team. She said she'd check my application and call me back. Five days later, she called and we scheduled an interview. I went in for the interview, and then waited to hear back about getting hired. The next day, they called to say I got the job, which was awesome. I went in to do the paperwork and then took over someone else's schedule because they quit. I started with short notice, and it was okay.

It was a walk-in seasonal interview with basic questions. I got hired quickly. They didn't ask many questions; I just filled out a paper with my availability. It was pretty straightforward, and then the manager emailed or texted about the next steps.
