The interview process was pretty simple. I was asked about my availability and experience. Manager seemed to look for people who could work quickly and had previous training in customer service. On the job training took a few days, you learn by experience. Don't be intimidated by the menu, you learn it pretty easily. Also, I applied in-person by handing in my resume.

I applied and as soon as I got there the manager offered me an interview. A week later I applied for an interview and it was alright, they asked typical questions involving customer service and how did you approach certain situations in past jobs. But, they purposely make certain questions complex. I was interviewed by the manager and the assistant manager.

I applied online and they called me back pretty fast. They set up an interview for the very next day. The interviewer was really nice and just wanted to chat and get to know me. Apparently, they really want someone outgoing who can connect with people and make them want to buy stuff. The day after that, I got another call from a different person who asked some more questions. I guess it helped that they were hiring a lot of people, which probably made my chances better.
