It was pretty standard. They explained what was needed and asked a few basic questions. Then I got to try making drinks. They checked if I follow health and safety rules and asked if I had any previous training on it.

The interview process was really nice, and I had a great time. The managers were friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a part-time job at a juice shop. I'm looking forward to starting!

I applied online and they called me back pretty fast. They set up an interview for the very next day. The interviewer was really nice and just wanted to chat and get to know me. Apparently, they really want someone outgoing who can connect with people and make them want to buy stuff. The day after that, I got another call from a different person who asked some more questions. I guess it helped that they were hiring a lot of people, which probably made my chances better.

I first had a chat with the owner about his vision for the store and how I could make it happen. It was a 45-minute informal talk, very friendly and easy. He then asked me to meet again with some other folks, including someone from head office. They asked tougher questions but were still friendly and let me take my time to answer. It was a good learning experience.
