Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Boostability.
Account Manager
It was a pretty standard interview process with two rounds. First I spoke with the department manager, and then I had an interview with a more senior manager. They were both very professional and answered all my questions and set expectations clearly.
- Can you describe your experience working with clients?
Account Manager
They asked regular and some random questions. Most questions were about customer service and others about your personality and skills. There was another employee with the supervisor of the floor to have two people describe the person being interviewed.
- Can you share an instance where you had to deal with a difficult customer?
- Tell me about your favorite movie.
Partner Account Manager
So I had a quick phone call first, then I chatted with the Senior Manager and the Team Lead for the team I was aiming for. They asked me some things, and then I got an email with an offer. I think I did pretty good in the interview even though I didn't know that much about SEO.
- Can you tell me about your experience with SEO?
- What does SEO mean?
- What's your background with WordPress?
