First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Boostability.
Operations Analyst
The interview process started with a recruiter call, then there was a virtual interview. This interview had two parts: a 15-minute session with one person and then an hour-long session with two team members and my potential supervisor. It was mostly behavioral questions with some technical ones mixed in.
- Considering the rise of AI, how do you envision incorporating AI into your responsibilities?
- What has been your approach to utilizing AI within a technical capacity?
Account Manager
It was a pretty standard interview process with two rounds. First I spoke with the department manager, and then I had an interview with a more senior manager. They were both very professional and answered all my questions and set expectations clearly.
- Can you describe your experience working with clients?
Client Service Representative
It was basically a one-way video interview. The recruiter introduced herself and explained what to expect and how to practice. There were four recorded questions; I could take my time and re-record my answers as many times as I wanted, which helped me give quality answers. There was also a written part where I had to write an email to a potential client authentically. Even though I didn't get the offer, I think I made a good first impression and opened doors for future opportunities at Boostability. I'm thankful they interviewed me and hope they'll consider me for future roles.
- Can you introduce yourself, discuss your career aspirations, and explain your interest in Boostability?
- What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
- Tell me about your favorite board game and the reasons behind your choice.
Content Writer
Applied online and got an automated digital interview invitation. The digital interview was straightforward with unlimited tries. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview where the interviewers seemed uninterested. They informed me the position was filled but offered a different role with details provided. I was interested and completed an editing sample, followed by a second interview. They asked for references and background check permission the next day (Tuesday). On Wednesday, they contacted my references and offered me the job on Thursday.
- Can you tell us about your previous work experience?
- Do you think you'd be a good fit for the role?
