Behavioral Case Presentation

Because of COVID, the entire interview process was conducted over Zoom. The company has successfully transitioned to a fully remote work model, which they said is working well. It was impressive how quickly they adapted to the remote setup when the stay-in-place order was issued. I started with a call with a very friendly recruiter who addressed all my questions. Next, I had a meeting with two consultants who provided a thorough overview of the company. Following that, a manager sent me a case study. Although I felt I approached it correctly, I missed the mark on all the questions. Instead of making me feel inadequate, the manager kindly guided me through it, and it became clear afterward. I then had a very open and honest discussion with the manager about my career aspirations, specifically my desire for a role where I can take on diverse responsibilities like recruiting or training, and avoid being held back by bureaucracy in a single position, which is why I was only considering smaller companies. The CEO personally reached out the next day to arrange the final interview with her. We had a great conversation, and she was very straightforward and approachable, answering all my questions. The smooth recruiting process, even without an on-site component, really reflects positively on the company.

Behavioral Presentation Case

It started with a 30 min call with the recruiter, then a Zoom presentation from consultants about the firm's work. After that, there was a case-study and a meeting with a manager for questions and case review. The last interview was with the founder/CEO, Liana.

The first interview was on campus with a senior associate consultant. They were very nice and welcoming. It was mostly about clarifying my resume and letting me explain the position. I also got to ask my questions. It lasted about 20 minutes.
