The interview process involves five stages: an initial screening, a technical assessment, a panel interview, a case study, and a final discussion. You'll submit your resume and complete coding tests, then talk about your projects with engineers. A case study will assess your problem-solving skills. The final interview with leadership is to assess cultural fit and vision alignment. Offers are made within days.

Technical Coding

First, there was an acquisition specialist pre-screening. Then, I completed a technical take-home assignment. After that, I had a one-on-one with the Technical Lead. The whole process was pretty simple and moved along, though maybe a bit slower than I would have liked, but it was alright.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process was pretty average. My recruiter was great, super helpful and friendly. The technical interview with the team, however, wasn't the best. Usually, there's an intro where everyone gets to know each other a bit, but that didn't happen here. I was told I'd be a good culture fit but didn't get selected to move forward. My recruiter got back to me quickly and suggested other roles within the company that he thought I'd be a good fit for.
