Applied online and then got an email from an Assistant Store Manager to set up an interview. I picked a time slot and went in. The manager who was supposed to interview me wasn't ready and didn't even know he had an interview scheduled. We ended up in his colleague's office because his was messy. The interview was super short, only 15 minutes. He seemed to like my questions about the job and said he'd for sure get me a second interview with the Store Manager. But then I got a rejection email a few days later. So much for his guarantee.

The hiring process was super professional. I applied online and got a call the same day. They wanted me to come in for a one-on-one interview with a department manager. The interview was about an hour long and had regular questions like 'tell me about yourself' and behavioral ones. The next day, HR called to set up a second interview with the store manager, which was almost two hours. Both interviews were great. The managers really know their stuff and love their jobs, and they seem to have a good work-life balance. So, for candidates: have examples ready from your past experiences (work, school, etc.) for behavioral questions. Just be yourself! It's not tough if you prep right!
