The interview process was good and very fair if you were well-prepared. The interviewers were very empathetic and accommodating, showing a genuine interest in what you would bring to the role. It was a structured, competency-based interview, and nothing seemed out of the ordinary.

The interview process was pretty fast. I applied and a recruiter got in touch within a few days to set up my first chat with the hiring manager. It was a chill virtual interview on Teams and they asked mainly behavioral questions. After that, they scheduled me for a final interview with some managers from the same office team.

The recruiter reached out via text to reschedule our call. During the actual interview, the recruiter seemed really distracted by stuff happening around them. They also couldn't answer any questions about the job, leaving me unsure why we were even talking. I got the impression I was just a 'check box' they needed to tick off for the day.

I started with a 20-25 minute phone screening with HR. A couple days later, the hiring manager emailed me to set up a Zoom panel interview. The panel interview was a little over an hour, but about 20 minutes of that was spent with one member basically lecturing me about wanting to leave my current job. It was weird because two of the panelists were attorneys, like me, and one was even scolding me for applying to this job, saying it was a step down and I should be looking at law firms instead. The other two panelists were nice, but I could tell I wasn't getting an offer after that one guy's outburst. It was just confusing.

  • Can you describe your current work responsibilities?
  • What kind of providers do you typically work with?
  • Could you share some of the challenges you've faced in your current role?
