Technician
It was a good interview, a bit tricky but friendly. They made me a little nervous but I think it went well. The salary is medium. The technical questions were easy. They seem to care more about attitude and soft skills, and good experience is needed. I waited too long to hear back from them.

Bookkeeper
The interview was pretty straightforward. They wanted to learn about me, my education, and my past work history. The questions were scenario-based and also asked for specific examples of my past actions. The process can vary depending on the hiring manager. Even though my first interview with a hiring manager didn't lead to an offer, she referred me to the district controller, who then advanced me to another hiring manager. After interviewing with her, I was invited for a skills assessment a few days later to test my Excel proficiency. Because Bon Appetit works with many different companies, they can find a role for you if they are impressed with your qualifications.

Baker
Got a call from a manager about a month after applying. I missed it because of a dentist appointment, but he wanted to check if I was still looking for work and left his contact info. I called him back the same day and left a message. I tried calling again after two days to express my interest and again a week later. I decided it wasn't worth it after that. I'm not sure if I'd want to work for someone who is rude and unprofessional enough to not return a call or send a rejection email. Maybe I dodged a bullet. It's a shame employers think it's okay to waste your time and ghost you, but if a candidate did the same, they'd be dismissed.

Marketing Coordinator
I wanted to give this a one-star rating, but I'll add an extra star for the operations director's politeness. The whole thing took around two months. I had four interviews and created four detailed marketing samples for the account as the administrative rep asked. They said the interview process would be long, but I didn't expect them to have no idea who they wanted or what they were doing after I put in so much work. The administrative rep's comments made me think an offer was coming after my last interview, saying I'd hear back that day. Instead, I got a vague "hang tight, thanks so much we'll go over notes and get back to you soon." Four days later, the director of operations emailed to say they were considering other candidates. A week after that, the director of operations emailed again to say they'd "keep me in mind for the future" because they chose someone with more experience. I'm fine with someone more qualified getting the job, but I'm really disappointed by the unprofessionalism. They said in the first interview they wanted someone younger to grow with the role, never discussed pay, hinted at an offer, took advantage of my work (which they loved), and then changed their minds. That's not okay. This account should consider outsourcing their recruiting. I might have wasted two months, but at least I know now to discuss compensation before doing detailed marketing samples.
