So first there was a call with HR (Torrey) to get to know you, see what stands out on your resume and find out why you want the role and this company. Torrey was really nice and upfront about everything. Then, I had a pretty chill chat with the Controller, mostly just going over my resume again. The next part was a 2-hour interview with 4 people, one after the other. That was also pretty informal, and everyone was super friendly. They mostly asked behavioral questions and about my past experience related to the job. The final round was 1 hour with 2 people back to back, kind of the same setup. The whole process was clear, but honestly, it felt a bit too long, like more than 3 rounds is just excessive.

The whole thing took a while. There were two phone calls and then two in-person interviews at the office. What was really cool though, was that the more I talked to the people there, the more I could see they really liked working at the company.

It felt like a couple of rounds but it all wrapped up super fast, like in under 10 days. First, a phone chat with the manager, then two video calls, each about 15-30 mins, and finally a quick call with HR and the manager. HR was really on top of things and super accommodating with scheduling.
