After applying for the Wordpress Designer role, I got an email within a few days to set up an interview. The first meeting was in person with Charisse. She was great and really knew her stuff, having clearly researched me and the position to make sure it was a good match. Interestingly, she suggested a different role that she thought would be an even better fit for me. I was excited about that, and after interviewing for the second role, I was offered the job. I'm very happy with how things turned out!

They had a typical interview process, but it was kind of frustrating. I figured an employment agency focused on contract and temp jobs would be cool with my resume showing a lot of short-term roles. But nope, they gave me flak about it, saying my resume looked bad because I had multiple temp-to-hire positions. I explained that not all were temp-to-hire, some were just temporary.
