Overall it went well, but i did get stood up a few times. They sent out great intro emails and packets for you to review before interview, thought that was great.

I had a phone screen, then a full day of on-site interviews with three team members, and later a second on-site with the CEO, Ryan. Bolt has a really high bar for new hires. My interviews really dug into my experience and skills. After the final on-site, they checked my references. It felt different from most start-up interviews; they're definitely looking for top talent who can make a big impact. During one interview, they asked about my thoughts on diversity, office culture, and impact, showing they value diverse perspectives and backgrounds.

So, the interview process started with a quick phone screen with the hiring manager. After that, I had an onsite interview with the hiring manager again. Then, there was a longer onsite, about 3 hours, with 5 other people from the team, including the CEO. Finally, they did a reference check.
