The process involved 3 rounds. It started with a recruiter call, then there was an assessment, and finally a conversation with the team. Everything went smoothly, and I received a quick response. There was nothing to criticize. The offer also came relatively fast and was acceptable. I think Bol.com handled this well.

I was contacted by a recruiter from bol.com via phone for this position. He found my CV on Monsterboard. During the phone call, I talked more about myself and what I'm looking for in a new role/employer. The role was presented to me and I was very positive about it. A week later, a second recruiter contacted me to schedule a second interview. Unfortunately, it took a month to get to the second interview because the people I was supposed to meet were on vacation. Because so much time had passed, I was already in an advanced stage of my applications with other companies by then. The first conversation with the team members was very pleasant, which helped me assess if I would fit in as a person with the company (which is very important to me). Additionally, we discussed the role and my experience extensively. A week after the interview, I received a call about proceeding to the next round. Unfortunately, I lacked sufficient experience for this role, which I could agree with. The team's feedback on the conversation was also very positive, which led to them proposing a role that better matched my work experience. By then, I had already received another job offer, so I didn't pursue this further.

Recruitment experience was really bad. They didn't provide any info about the ongoing process and didn't reply to emails. They even tried to set up another meeting for a different position without explaining the current status. Unfortunately, I wasted my time on their assessment and meetings.
