The people I interviewed with were very nice. I had a panel interview with 3 people. We discussed the programming languages mentioned in the job description, and they asked me some basic behavioral questions. We also went over my resume. It was a pretty smooth interview.

Behavioral Technical

I had a quick call with a recruiter first. Then, I had an interview with the local manager and HR person from Buenos Aires. After that, I spoke with the CTO from Spain. They didn't really ask me much to check my technical skills, even though I was more than qualified. The recruiter told me they liked me and would make an offer soon. But after 20 days, I got an email saying they weren't hiring as many people, so no offer. Felt like a waste of time.
