Behavioral Presentation

The initial part of the interview process was pretty fast and straightforward. After applying, I was contacted by HR to arrange a virtual screening interview. On the very same day as the screening, I got an email inviting me to an interview with the hiring manager the following week. It took eight days to get an invitation for the panel interview round, which involved two separate one-hour interviews, each with two regional managers. I was told I was a finalist and given a timeline for the potential start date and onboarding/training. I sent a follow-up thank you email the next morning and got a reply within an hour saying they'd be in touch. Eight days later, on a Tuesday, HR called to say they were swamped with other positions and projects and were wrapping up interviews, and I'd hear about final decisions in the next few days. I thought maybe by the end of that week. It's now almost two weeks later with no further information. I messaged the hiring manager on day 8 to ask for any updates or if they needed anything else from me. Three days later, still no response. My status on their careers page hasn't changed, but the job posting has been taken down. Apparently, from what I've found out, they have a reputation for ghosting candidates.

Behavioral Technical

This was a quick ramp-up interview process for a product launch. First, there was a phone screen to check if I had at least 2 years of experience in diabetes. Then, there was a large group interview in Atlanta where candidates for different roles were present. I was interviewed individually by the district manager. If they liked me, I was sent to the regional manager in another room. If the regional manager approved, I got an offer, pending a background check. The interviews were pretty easy with friendly managers who made me feel comfortable. I got to review my resume and brag book with both managers. BI has good people, but be aware that the heavy admin work can make work-life balance tough.
