Interviewing at Boehringer Ingelheim was a really good time. It felt professional but also welcoming. The people interviewing me knew their stuff and were into the conversation. They asked some good technical and behavioral questions, and it felt like a real chat, not just an interrogation. They talked a lot about innovation, working together, and solving problems, which gave me a good feel for how things are done there and what they expect. The whole process was organized well, they got back to me quickly, and everything was clear. It was a great chance to show what I know and learn about their cool work in biopharma.

The interviewers were nice and friendly; I felt like I was probably the last interviewee of the week, and they've likely already decided on a candidate. After I introduced myself, they didn't ask me any questions besides the basic logistic ones and instead spent the entire interview discussing the specific duties of the role.
