Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Boehringer Ingelheim.
Project Engineer
The first interview stage was a WhatsApp call where they asked me about my experiences and how I manage projects. Because of the way the interview was conducted, sometimes it was hard to understand the questions.
- How do you handle project delays?
Engineer
The interview was very relaxed and my contact person was a great woman. She made everything easy for me, and so we were able to have a great conversation. The conversation was almost informal, yet professional.
- Tell me a bit about yourself.
Product Engineer
It was a 2-round process. First, a screening call. Then, a technical panel interview with the Director and a Business Analyst. The second round, the technical panel with the Director and Business Analyst, was a negative experience for me. I prepared a lot but the interview felt unstructured and disorganized, with unclear and incoherent questions, making it hard to answer well.
- What exactly are API Connectors?
- Could you tackle a LeetCode medium-level problem?
