Applied for the position and had a phone conversation with the hiring manager soon after. Then, I had a Teams interview with the Head of HR, followed by another interview. It was a quick and efficient process, more like a good chat than a formal back-and-forth. I was impressed.

I applied in October and got a phone screening a week later. Then a recruiter contacted me for an in-person panel interview with 4-5 people, which also went well. After that, there was silence, and follow-ups revealed the position was on hold, which was strange since interviews were ongoing and the job was still posted. The week before Christmas, a recruiter texted asking if I was still interested as recruiting resumed. They then asked me to do a facility walk, instructing me not to tell anyone, which seemed suspicious but I did it. This wasn't an interview, just a tour. During the walk, the manager mentioned they wanted to reach out but were told I'd accepted another job, which is untrue. I'm now getting a rejection after this secretive 'interview'. The whole thing was unfortunate, unprofessional, and disorganized. Being strung along and told lies for months is alarming.

The interview process included a panel interview with quick, friendly questions. It was remote due to Covid. Most questions focused on your experience, what you can contribute, and examples of how you'd handle certain situations in the role.

The interview process at BodyCode dragged on for nearly a month and had five interview rounds, which felt disorganized. I got mixed signals throughout, making it frustrating and confusing. Different interviewers gave me opposing info about the job and what they were looking for. The whole thing wasn't well-organized, and scheduling hiccups caused extra delays. Even though I tried to make things go smoothly, the lack of teamwork made it a tough experience.
