Cheguei 15 minutos adiantado.
- Who am I?

The process felt pretty standard. They called me on the first day to schedule the interview. On the second day, I went through the individual process, waited my turn, and they asked me a bunch of questions. On the third day, they called to say I was approved and needed some documents within a few hours. When I brought them, they asked for blood tests, I think. Then they introduced me to the team and the store, and I just observed for about 4 hours (from 2:40 PM to 5:30 PM). Finally, on the fourth day, I took the exam in the morning, and as soon as I finished, I started working. I got a uniform and began practicing by making snacks for a month, then at the counter for another month, and finished at the register for a month as well, completing the 3 months of 'probation'. The interview difficulty was EASY.
- What's your relationship with your family like?

The interviewer greeted me warmly when I arrived. We chatted a bit, and then they told me about the company and the job. The interview included questions about my past jobs and how I deal with professional challenges. I got to share examples of my skills and how I adapt. I also asked some questions about the team and company culture. To wrap up, they explained what happens next.
- Tell me about your past experiences and a time you overcame challenges and met deadlines.
- Describe how you collaborated with your team to reach your goals.
- How have these experiences prepared you for this position?
