The process usually starts after you apply. If they think you're a good fit, a recruiter or manager will call you to see if you're still interested and ask some basic stuff. Then you'll have a first interview where they ask about your past work and what you can do. Sometimes, they give you a task or test to see how you do things. After that, there might be a second or final interview with tougher questions or a chat with the team. If it all looks good, they'll check your references and then decide on an offer. If you take it, you'll get onboarded and set up to start.

Presentation Case

The company has a lot of demands for the process. They asked for a case study for the interview with the hiring manager and the negative feedback was given with a generic message saying that after reviewing my resume, I would no longer continue in the process. I felt a certain disregard for the candidate.

Cheguei 15 minutos adiantado.

The interview was conducted by the franchise owner. We started with a casual conversation about professional and personal life, and work availability. Then there was a brief intellectual assessment and a writing task. After evaluating the writing, I was directed to the cafe because I had a good vocabulary and the finesse to serve customers directly at the airport store. I did a 2-week trial period and was approved and hired.
