Two weeks after applying, I got an email saying my application was shortlisted and I'd receive an online test soon. A few days later, I got the test with a deadline. To my surprise, I received an automatic rejection email before I even took the test, and before the deadline. Since it's an automatic email, I couldn't contact anyone, and the message kept bouncing. After that, you might talk with a manager or director about more strategic stuff, like your vision for the role, leadership, handling stakeholders, and your experience with tough projects. If you make it this far, they're interested! The final stage is about salary, benefits, and career path before they make you an official offer.
