Investment Banking Summer Analyst
The interview process kicked off with a first round focused entirely on technical skills and a brain teaser. Following that, the superday consisted of three interviews. I interviewed with a VP, a Director, and a Managing Director. The superday interviews were predominantly behavioral, covering standard questions. Make sure to know your resume inside out.
- Questions covering accounting principles.

- Questions about Enterprise Value (EV) and Equity Value (EQ).
Investment Banking Associate
Had a super chill interview with BNP Paribas—friendly vibes, conversational flow. Mostly behavioral with a few technicals. Felt like they genuinely wanted to know me. Overall, a smooth and positive experience!

Investment Banking Analyst
The interview process had 3 steps. First, an HR interview where we talked about personal info and my CV. Then, an interview with an Associate to VP, focusing on technical answers and a recent deal I worked on. Finally, a one-on-one with a Managing Director, covering personal aspects and various details about my professional career.
