You can apply online through the BNP Paribas career site or platforms like Welcome to the Jungle, Jobteaser, etc. You'll need to submit your CV and sometimes a cover letter, depending on the specific roles. The next step is a quick intro call with a recruiter, either by phone or video, lasting about 15–30 minutes. This call is to check if you're really motivated, understand the job, and cover basics like your availability and salary expectations.

Had a few steps: first a 30 min chat with HR, then 1 hour with the manager. After that, there was a 1.5h case study, followed by a 1h chat with a partner, and finally a 45min chat with HR again. Overall, the people were nice and it seemed like a good place to join. The interview itself was pretty chill.

Technical Behavioral

So the interview process involved 3 tech interviews, then a chat with the manager, followed by a round with the team lead, and finally one with a co-worker. They asked a lot of technical, logical, and essential questions about things like Windows, SQL, Batch scheduling, Risk, Bonds definition, problem management, and incident management. They also wanted to know about strong knowledge of Mortgage products valuation modelling principles and a strong Quantitative Finance background. Knowledge of financial products and greeks, specifically in derivatives space was also important. They are looking for someone with strong personal ownership and the ability to resolve issues independently. Also, excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills (verbal and written), and the ability to work effectively on a team across functions (e.g., Risk, Operations, Front Office, and Senior Management) is a must.
