Started with a speed test and then a group discussion, followed by an HR interview and then a technical interview. It was pretty chill, but there were like 50 other people waiting in line. The interviewers seem to take their sweet time, so it could drag on a bit. If you're a fresher, make sure you brush up on the stock market and mutual funds, and you should be good. For those with experience, they'll really look at your previous job.

Walked in and met HR for a basic HR interview to check language and communication skills. Some basic finance questions on financial products were asked, it lasted 20 mins. Filled out some paperwork and asked some questions about why I want this job and my future plans with HR. Next, I had an interview with the floor manager where I was asked technical questions regarding derivatives and strategies, even though it had no connection with the job. I was also asked a bit about my preferences towards work timings. This lasted 15 mins.
