Applying for this job was one of the worst experiences. I applied and got to the final interview stage two months later. My application is still listed as open, but I haven't heard anything despite emailing HR. They're terrible at communicating and don't provide feedback if you don't get the job. It was an awful experience.

So there were 4 rounds in total. The first one was a GD and aptitude test, which was pretty simple. Honestly, the questions were mostly irrelevant and you probably wouldn't be able to answer them all, but they aren't judging you on the correct answers, just on how many you attempted. Then the second round was with HR where they ask basic questions about yourself, and again, some questions might be unrelated to the job, like 'What is CAPM?' since we wouldn't actually use that at BNP Securities services. But you still need to know it just to pass the interview. The third round was a technical interview with the immediate manager and TL, and the fourth was with the Head of the Dept, provided he wasn't too busy. The questions in the third and fourth rounds were pretty much the same. And believe me, the interview style changes based on seniority. If you're a fresher, the technical round is like butter; they just want to know if you know basic financial instruments and, most importantly, Excel. For senior positions, it might be a bit longer, and the questions will be strictly situation-based, like asking what you would do if a certain issue came up, which is something anyone with 1.5+ years of experience in the process could answer.

HR reached out and set up the interview at my convenience. The interview felt very relaxed and was split into two sections. First, we just talked about my professional background, interpersonal abilities, and character. The second section involved technical queries. All in all, the interviewers were quite pleasant, and the whole process went smoothly.
