First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BNP Paribas Personal Finance.
International Partnerships Manager
The process was quick, with 4 steps. First, a call with the N+2 manager. Then a language test with a senior banker. Everything flowed smoothly and quickly. The manager called me back at the end. It was a positive experience.
- What's your motivation for joining BNP Paribas?
- What makes you the right candidate for this position?
- Can you tell me about your understanding of our values?
Intern
The interview started with me introducing myself and talking about my experience. Then, we talked about important skills and how I would fit the role. They asked me some situation-based and technical questions. We finished up with me asking my questions and them explaining the next steps.
- Tell me about yourself
- What are your strengths?
Internal Consultant
The process was a bit long (over 3 months), with only 3 interviews during that time. The communication between HR and operations wasn't always super smooth, as the profiles selected by HR didn't always align with what operations were looking for. However, the interview days themselves were well-organized, ran smoothly, and we got quick feedback after the final interview.
- What aspects of your background led you to ultimately pursue a career in the banking sector?
Stage Engineer
We'd love for you to work with us! Browse our job openings and apply for your dream job. Our HR team will review your application, and if you have the required qualifications, we'll contact you. The first interview will be by phone with someone from our HR department. You'll discuss the position, your professional background and goals, your skills, and they'll validate some information with you. Following the review of your application and if there's mutual interest, you'll move to the next step. This second interview will be either in person at our premises or by video conference. During this interview, you'll discuss your professional background, skills, and motivations with your future manager. You'll also have the opportunity to ask all your questions about the job offer you're applying for. This step is optional and depends on the offer you're applying for. But you may have to take a test and/or complete a practical case to evaluate your application. Congratulations, you've successfully passed all the steps and have been selected for the position. Someone from our HR department will be happy to contact you to announce the good news and present our offer. If it meets your expectations, we'll be happy to welcome you.
