The hiring process was super fast and clear. The technical test was done on the same day I submitted my application. The interview with the Manager was quick, clear, and objective. You need a good level of knowledge in ML, but you might not know everything.

The interview process is an afternoon with two interviews: an HR interview and an operational one. The HR interview was horrible because the HR person was haughty. They asked me to fill out motivation and personality sheets at the end of the interview. The operational interview was perfectly normal, focusing on past experiences, quite a bit on motivation, and a little bit of technical detail on the mission itself.
