I had interviews with the team leader, department head, and HR all on the same day. Most of the questions were behavioral and asked about my past work experience. The interviews with the team leader and department head went well, but I felt disrespected by the HR interview, particularly concerning salary discussions.

I went through a hiring process with Cardif last year. It involved interviews with HR, the manager, and the N+2, and I put a lot of time into it. Sadly, after finishing all the steps, I just got an automated rejection email with no explanation or feedback. I think this is unfair given how much time and effort I invested. Some constructive feedback would have been nice to understand areas for improvement and to acknowledge my commitment throughout the process.
