I found the job online and they called me. We scheduled an interview, and after a couple of follow-ups, I got the job. The interviewers were prompt and on time.

It was super chill and a good vibe. This was one of my first interviews for a serious job, so it was a good learning experience. The interview was a round robin style, and I kind of sensed from the start that someone else already knew the folks in the office. Plus, Amanda called me in after someone else bailed, so I figured they already had their person picked out. But hey, it was still a decent experience. They didn't get back to me though, until I reached out via email. Honestly, it felt a bit staged, like they'd already decided on someone before the round robin even happened, and it was just for show.

The interview process here is a little different and takes longer than usual. They really want to know if you'll be happy here, just as much as you want to know if the company is right for you. It's pretty relaxed. Often, it starts with chatting with current team members over drinks. They actually want you to reach out to people at the company on your own to talk about what you're looking for and any worries you have. The final interviews are usually with the main leaders. Don't be surprised if there are breaks of several days or even weeks between interview parts – that's normal, so don't take it personally.

The interviews were very punctual and quite comfortable. The kindness from the first interview, the interview with the work team, and the final director, show the good vibe that can exist in the company.
