The first round was a Teams call, and the second round was in person. They asked about personality, experiences, and relevant skills. There was a direct conversation with the managers with a small coding challenge at the end.

First, both interviewers introduced themselves and the work environment. Then, I gave a brief self-introduction and talked about the department. After that, there was a Q&A session. The interview itself wasn't particularly complicated. The interviewers were very fair and nice. The conversation was in German.

The interview was in-person and directly related to the job. Only job-specific questions were asked, directly by the team lead and colleagues. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Online interviews are possible if needed. The duration was about 30 minutes.
