First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BMW Group.
Sales Associate
It was a group interview that went on for 2 hours after work. We had a quick company intro with a video, and then individual interviews. I was the last one interviewed in the group, so I had to wait the longest. The interview questions were really basic.
- Who are two people you would like to have a drink with?
Sales Associate
The interview at Union Marketing for a Sales Associate position is usually about 30 minutes long. It's to see if you're a good fit personality-wise and for the job itself. It might be in person at their office or over video call. You'll probably talk to a manager or a senior team member who will start with some casual chat.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Sales Associate
I could do this every week, it was just amazing and good conversations. Thanks for investing money in this event! He is still struggling to keep the overview on this complex architecture. Asked for documents and was chatting with his team whilst in the meeting. Follow up planned in February maybe virtual or already onsite in ZUG.
