The interview process went well. I was really disappointed that they decided to cancel the French skills assessments without giving me an opportunity to demonstrate my abilities before making a final hiring decision. It seemed like they already had someone in mind and just wasted my time.

The interview involved a video call where I was asked 5 general behavioral questions. For each question, I had 3 chances to record my answer and could review my recording before submitting. The questions covered things like introducing myself, talking about a difficult situation, my strengths and weaknesses, and my motivation for joining BMO Harris.

I applied online and had an initial phone call with HR. Then, about a week after, they invited me to a Super Day Interview at their office in Chicago. It was a back-to-back interview with 3 different people, each lasting 30 minutes. The questions were pretty straightforward and mostly behavioral, with a few technical questions related to project management and SQL skills, but they weren't too difficult. Overall, it was a great interview experience; they were well-organized throughout the process, offered reimbursement, and the people were friendly, showing a collaborative culture. I highly recommend them.
