Super easy process. Screening followed by an interview with a hiring manager and another interview with another manager. Everyone was nice and forthcoming. The process was smooth, interview relatively easy.

It was a 3 round process, pretty standard. First two rounds were phone calls, and the last round was a zoom call with some full-time employees. Pretty organized and standard.

I first got contacted by an HR Recruiter from BMO. We had a quick chat, and by the end, they asked if I could come in for an interview. The first interview was with a manager and lasted an hour. The second one was with a VP and a manager, and it went for about an hour and a half. They didn't really ask tough questions, mostly focused on what they themselves did. But from how they talked about their jobs, the hours they put in, and what they needed to achieve to meet their targets, it sounded like there was a lot going on behind the scenes. It felt like they were a bit behind compared to others in the industry.
