Behavioral Technical

It was a multi-round interview. First, I spoke with HR, and then I had a roundtable with some workers. There were a lot of technical and behavioral questions. The first interview with HR was pretty basic, just going over my resume and asking if I could commit to working in the office four days a week, if I was comfortable with credit, and what I knew about the industry.

Behavioral Technical

It was a smooth and easy interview, starting with behavioral questions and then moving to valuation-based technical questions. No market questions were asked. They inquired about my leadership, collaboration, projects I've done, and past experiences. The interview was really nice. I haven't seen a second round yet, but it's scheduled for next week.
