First, I spoke with a recruiter. Then, I had a zoom call with the regional sales director. After that, I met one on one with the office VP. The last part was a meeting with the current sales team. I got the offer pretty fast. Just know that the process can change depending on the office and the role.

I had a phone screening that was scheduled online. A lot of the process was automated. The HR rep told me they use AI to analyze the calls and voice, so I'm sure they're evaluating many different aspects.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a phone call, then moved to a Zoom meeting, and finally concluded with an in-person interview. The in-person interview was with someone who seemed insecure and rude, and was very unprofessional. This company is essentially a marketing firm recently acquired by private equity. Most of the staff come from insurance or customer service backgrounds and lack expertise in construction or restoration, as they subcontract most of the actual work to professionals.
