First, I spoke with a recruiter. Then, I had a zoom call with the regional sales director. After that, I met one on one with the office VP. The last part was a meeting with the current sales team. I got the offer pretty fast. Just know that the process can change depending on the office and the role.

The interview process was really relaxed, I talked with a bunch of directors. They were curious and asked good questions, but it felt like a natural conversation. They seemed interested in getting to know me as a person. I'd definitely recommend this company.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was really smooth. I went through a few interviews with a range of questions, and there were no delays in the process, even if there was a bit of time between interviews. I liked the different interviews because it seemed like they wanted to get feedback from various opinions and backgrounds to make their decision.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a chat with the CIO, which was really relaxed and positive, not full of typical interview pressure. It felt like a good vibe. Then, the second interview was a totally different scene. This person joined a video call without turning on their camera. Their expectations didn't line up with the job description, what the CIO said, or what the recruiter mentioned. They were really focused on deep experience in just one part of the job and didn't seem interested in anything else. To make things worse, they started eating during the call, and I could hear the chewing and clinking of utensils. They concluded I lacked enough experience in that one specific area, even though I took time off work for this interview. It was a really bad experience, and it made me question how they manage their team if this is how they conduct interviews.
