They contacted me shortly after I applied and stayed in touch until after my in-person interview. After that, I never heard back, even though I tried contacting them multiple times. The interviewer also looked surprised when they first saw me. I think the bad treatment might have been because of my race. The company doesn't seem very diverse either, maybe a couple of token Asian people. So, if you're Black and applying here, I wouldn't get your hopes up. It's not worth it, even if you're overqualified.

The interview process for this role was a mess. I started with a phone screening, and then was invited for an in-person interview. The person on the phone didn't know much about the job and was really unprofessional. They said they'd email me the details for the in-person interview, but I never got it. I left voicemails, but no one called back. I had rearranged my schedule for this, which is just ridiculous.

I went through a phone screen, then a Skype interview, followed by an in-person interview. All parts of the process went really well and were super informative and quick. I really appreciated how insightful and positive the interviewers were. The atmosphere felt open and laid-back, and everyone was genuinely friendly. It struck me as a fantastic place to learn and grow within a company. I was so excited about the opportunity! Although I did get an offer, I had to decline it because I'm relocating to another state for family reasons. I'd definitely consider BluShark again in the future if I happen to move back to the area!
