I had a phone screen, then a Zoom interview, and finally an in-person meeting. It was a really positive experience, everyone was nice and made me feel welcome. I liked it more than other interviews I've had.

So I had a pretty good start with this company, the hiring manager seemed really down to earth. After going into the office and meeting with the CEO, I never heard back, even after reaching out 3 times. They really emphasized how much they value client relationships and hated the idea of ghosting. It's kind of ironic because I see their recruiters posting about how much they hate ghosting too. It felt like a slap in the face and now I have a really bad impression of the company.
