Behavioral Technical Case

First, there was an HR screen, then a hiring manager interview. After that, a take-home technical task was assigned, which involved projecting times to cover investment. Then came a power day that included a second live technical interview. They made a decision within a few days after that. Everyone was lovely.

Behavioral Presentation

Had an initial virtual chat with the hiring manager that lasted about 45 minutes. Then, I had a second virtual interview where I met with 4 other people, and each of those chats was 30 minutes long. They told me the next step was to create a presentation outlining what I'd do in the first 30 and 90 days. A week later, I got an email saying I didn't get the job. I reached out to the recruiter for feedback but didn't hear back.

Talked with the CRM. He kicked things off by sharing some info about himself and the company. Then, he asked me about myself and threw in some situation-based questions. It felt more like a chat than a formal interview. They were mostly checking my confidence and genuine interest in a sales role.
