I met Nestle Waters on campus and then applied online. Nestle Waters called me a couple weeks later, the representative I met on campus called me. From there it took a month to get a phone interview with corporate, then a few more weeks for a phone interview with the local plant. They bring in a few people for an interview blitz at the plant. There is a tour, multiple interviews, and then a presentation. Don't bother if you have a real engineering degree, they seem only interested in engineering technology.

Applied online and then had a phone interview, a skype interview, and then a three day program event in Stamford, CT and Allentown, PA. The first phone call was mostly just a short talk about the program and what to expect. Then there was a skype interview that was a behavior interview and took about 45 minutes. The last part was a three day program which involved networking with many top executives at the company, a short presentation about yourself, and a factory tour.

I applied for this role via the college job portal. The interview process involved one phone call and then an in-person interview at the location where I would be placed. I received an offer really fast after the in-person interview from the plant.
