I applied on the website and the first step was a group interview at their Brooklyn headquarters. It seemed like people were applying for different roles. We were given a group task, which I think was to assess teamwork. After that, I was interviewed by the three main people in charge, including my manager, who then chose a specific location for me.

You go to their main office and there are 6 or 7 other people there for a group session about what needs to be done at the stores. The trainer is trying to see who can pick up the steps the quickest and easiest and then they choose from there. Most of the people I interviewed with got the job.

They were fun, energetic, and positive. They first reached out via phone, which I'm guessing was a screening. Then, two days later, I was invited to a group interview. It was fun and interactive. We learned about the company and each other while doing team building activities.
