Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process was pretty straightforward and quick. It included a 30-minute recruiting screen where the recruiter was really helpful and knew a lot about the role and what was next, asking general behavioral and culture fit questions. Then, there was a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager, who was a bit late and seemed disengaged, making it hard to have a real conversation, though the questions were product and behavioral. I later found out that PM had left the company. After that, there was a case study and then a 90-minute presentation of the case study to different stakeholders. I decided to withdraw my application at this point because I had found another opportunity that was a better fit. The recruiter was super responsive and followed up a lot.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

It was a really well-organized interview process. The HR team was super helpful and responsive after every stage. They don't just want people who know stuff by heart, so expect some creative questions from the get-go. The case study was pretty tough. They really want to see how you think, so make sure you can back up your ideas throughout your solution.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

It was a long interview process with not much communication. Started with an HR screening for 30 mins, then a 1-hour techno-functional and behavioral interview with the CTO, where they asked 6 questions on product experience and conflict resolution. After that, I had a take-home business case presentation due in 7 days, but none of my questions were answered. The next round was a 60-minute business case presentation with the CTO, CPO, and VP Engineering. They wanted a full product development presentation (Discovery, GTM, Value Prop, Competitor Analysis, Sales Plan, Risk & Mitigation, Launch, Pricing, Data Sources) even though the prompt only mentioned GTM. They're known for giving candidates long projects. Also, they unethically record interviews. HR recorded the first round without permission. In the second round, the interviewer argued about recording, but I refused, and he didn't, though he seemed upset. The compensation offered is below market. This might be okay for someone new to Product Management, but definitely not recommended for experienced PMs.
