First, an HR screening where they went over my CV and career, asked what I know about BlueOptima, who I would sell it to, to describe my most complex deal, and why I want to work there. Then, a meeting with the hiring manager, followed by a final round with the hiring manager and VP of Sales, which included a sales exercise presentation.

The interview process at Blue Optima was a great experience. The interviewers were professional and knew their stuff, and they made me feel comfortable. The questions were tough but smart, letting me show off my skills and what I could do. I'd definitely recommend Blue Optima for people just starting in sales.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a friendly, well-organized, and informative interview process. They conducted thorough phone and in-person interviews, but were realistic about the knowledge they expected. They seemed to prioritize the right candidate and attitude over just knowledge or how quickly someone could learn. During the face-to-face interview, they shared their direction, goals, expectations, and office culture, which was really helpful. Overall, their approach was very friendly, relaxed, yet organized.
