The recruiter reached out for an interview directly with the hiring manager. The HM was in the US because the EMEA HM was on leave. The interview was good and the HM was nice. The questions were good but not very structured. The interview was supposed to be 45 minutes but was only 30. The HM gave me his email to ask further questions since we didn't cover everything. I sent one question via email but never got a response. I also never heard back from the recruiter. I would have rated it positively if I received a response about not moving forward, but other than that, it was good.

I applied online and heard back the same day. The hiring manager called me in 3 days later and it was super comfortable. Then I had a second interview with the CS team, and finally, one more with the GM. They gave me the offer that same day. I really liked the whole thing.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I interviewed for the CSM role at Blue Jeans in Bangalore. Even though I didn't have the minimum required experience, they were kind enough to interview me. After an initial phone screen to check my motivation, the recruitment team set up more interviews. These included video calls with VPs, team leads, and other CSMs. Even though there were several interviews, everyone at Blue Jeans was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. The last video call involved a timed case study, and I was given enough time to prepare. A great part of the process was getting good feedback, which helped me in later rounds. It's impressive that they let candidates interview with VPs and Directors early on, showing their company culture. The recruitment team was always helpful and easy to reach. Overall, my interview experience with Blue Jeans was excellent.
