I initiated the interview process by calling in. The branch owner, I assume, agreed to an interview. The conversation was awkward. He asked me several inappropriate questions about my medical history. He then seemed to dismiss my previous work experience as not being a 'real job,' which was strange considering I earned double what I did in my last role.
