Behavioral

The interview process felt pushy and desperate. While the recruiter was welcoming initially, the front desk staff was unhelpful and made me feel like a nuisance. After finding the correct floor, navigating the building was difficult, and I felt invisible to the staff. The overall vibe was bad for an interview environment. Although the interview itself seemed okay, I suspected something was off due to the employer's eagerness to rush me into a decision without providing clear details about my role or the company. They assured me I would be fine and learn on the job, but the promised training felt disingenuous. I was told I would learn about my roles in the second step. I was interested but skeptical about committing immediately to a job with so little information. I declined to proceed.
